Samui Island (Koh Samui)


Koh Samui (Koh mean Island) is located in the Gulf of Thailand, about 38km northeast of Surat Thani Province. Samui is one of famous and popular attractions of Thailand. It has natural resources with coconut trees and white sandy beaches. Tourist can enjoy a daylife and nightlife with smoothness.



There are many interesting in Samui for example

Chaweng and Lamai Beaches - Both are most beautiful and most popular beaches but nightlife of each beach is not same. There are many scuba diving schools, shop, restaurants, bars and The show located around Samui. Samui is well known for its seafood and many restaurants around the island offer a mix of Thai, European food and other specialties.


Spa - Tourist form Thailand and other country enjoy with Thai Spa at Samui. There are about 60 places for Spa at Samui.


How to go to Samui

By air : Samui Airport is airport originally built by Bangkok Airways which flies from Bangkok to Ko Samui about 10-12 times daily. The flight takes about one hour.


By Bus : Have both air-conditioned and non air-conditioned buses leave from Bangkok’s Southern Bus Terminal and other southern provinces to Surat Thani many times daily (take about 12 hours from Bangkok to Surat Thani).

By Car : You can drive from Bangkok to Sura Thani through Samut Sakorn, Petchaburi, Chumphon provinces and then drive on to Highways 41 and 401 to Surat Thani Province. From Surat Thani you can take your car to Samui by a vehicle ferry.


The transportation on Samui is the Pickup-Taxi. Pickup-Taxi drive around the island most of the day and night
