Chanthaburi Province



Chanthaburi Province is located in the east of Thailand. The name Chanthaburi is mean the city of moon in English. Chanthaburi located 245 kilometres east from Bangkok. There were mining in Chanthaburi. Chanthaburi is famous for it's be a centre of gems & jewelly in Thailand, tasty fruits, fishing and peaceful beaches are not far from town.

Hot Springs - a natural hot springs located 18 Kilometres from Pong Nam Ron district.

The Chamsom Crocodile Farm and Zoo - The animal zoo which has crocodile in different species and elephants show is surrounded by fruit orchards. They Open daily from 8.00 a.m.-6.00 p.m.

Yasothon and Thailand rocket festival


Yasothon Province

Yasothon Province is one of Thailand province located in the North-East of Thailand. Yasothon is famous for its Rocket Festival in May every year. Traditional local dance called "Peun Muang" join the parade at the annual rocket festival. The Thailand festival and parade takes place on Yasothon's main street.

The festival is held during every second weekend of May at Phaya Taen Park, with the initial objective to bolster harmony in each team. Yasothon people believe that the festival will please gods which create proper rain and prosperous food. Rockets joining the festival will be decorated beautifully with Thai traditional patterns. Rockets are judged by a committee and the respective winners take home with attractive prizes of competition.

Maha That Temple - The Buddhist temple with Lao-style chedi located in Yasothon town. It's over 1,200 years old. It enshrines holy relics of Phra Ananda, Phra Kaeo Yod Nam Kang statue in attitude of meditation in Chiang Saen Art style.

Phaya Tan Park - The Park is the location for significant fairs and festivals of the province.

Phra That Kong Khao Noi - Has legend about Phra That Kong Khao Noi says "Young farmer has been working since dawn. At lunch, his mother came late with his lunch. He's hunger and sudden anger to see a little amount of rice after that he kills his mother. So, young farmer built this stupa, wishing for forgiveness and amend.

Koh Samet or Samet Island

Samet Thailand


Samet is a small island located in Rayong Province, the Gulf of Thailand. A haven for relaxation with blue crystal sea, white sandy and strangely shaped rocks. It's a good taste for tourists who looking for sun, sand and sea. Khao Kho Thailand National Park

Khao Kho


Khao Kho is a district of Phetchabun Province in northern Thailand. Khao Kho is made up of mountain ranges to northwest of town. A good condition on the mountain attact visitors who like to camping but it's very cold on November to February. Scenery on Khao Kho is so beautiful all of year. If you like to see good view on mountain Kao Kho is the best one you shoudn't miss. There are many interesting on Khao Kho ex. Jeen Hor Monument, Weapons Museum and Khao Kho National Park.


Khao Kho National Park


The most engaging national park of Phetchabun Province is Khao Kho National Park. To go there take time about 1 hour northwest of Phetchabun Province. Old History of Khao Kho between 1965-1984, this mountainous area was the battle field of the Thai communist party and the Royal Thai Army.







How to get there

By bus : From Bangkok there is bus to Phetchabun and from Phetchabun there is a bus go to Khao Kho


By car : Take highway No.1 from Bangkok to Saraburi province and then Highway No.21 to Phetchabun

From the town of Phetchabun, take Highway 21, to the kilometer marker 236, then turn left to Highway 2258 and turn right to Highway 2196 to Khao Kho.

Phetchaburi - The Beach Attractions in thailand


Phetchaburi Province

Phetchaburi is one of old city in Thailand which is located 160 kilometers south of Bangkok. The Province is worthy of remembrance to visit for its splendid wonderful beaches and temple, caves and a variety of local food.




Attraction in Phetchaburi

Chao Samran Beach - Chao Samran beach (Hat Chao Samran) is located 15 kilometers from Phetchaburi fresh market. According to The Legend of this beach, name of the beach meaning Beach of Royal Leisure.


Puek Tian Beach - Puek Tian Beach (Hat Puek Tian) located at 7 kilometers south of Chao Samran. This wide and long beach is very popular.


Kaeng Krachan National Park -The biggest national park of Thailand. The Park has area about 2,915 square kilometers and was declared a national park on 12 June 1981. The park located 53.5 kilometers from Phetchaburi.


Cha-am Beach - Cha-am Beach is a beautiful beach resort like Hua Hin. The Beach is located 40 kms. south of Phetchaburi. From Cha-am Beach take about 20 kms. to Hua Hin. Cha-am Beach is popular about seafood too.

Doi Inthanon one of Thailand National Park

Doi Inthanon National Park (The Roof of Thailand)

Doi Inthanon National Park is the highest mountaintop in Thailand,which is 2,565 meters above sea level. Doi Inthanon located in Chiang Mai Province. Mountain range gave source to the main tributaries of the Ping river and formed many nice-looking waterfalls. Best period for viewing the waterfalls is May -November but best period for viewing wild flowers is December -February and for birdswatching is November - March.

Mae Klang Waterfall - its easy to go, located 8 kilometres from Highway and a a 100-metre one-level waterfall. Visitors come to amping, picnic, swiming, relax etc.

Mae Ya Waterfall - Mae Ya River flow more than 250 meters at this point. Water flow from cliff onto rock in a lower reservoir. It is located 14 kilometres from Highway and then take a 200-metre walk.

Bori Chinda Cave - located near Namtok Mae Klang. Inside cave has stalactite and stalagmite.

Wachirathan Waterfall - located short route Highway. It's large waterfall and beautiful enviroment.

Birdwatching Information Centre - The center of information exchange for birdwatchers.

Samila Beach - attraction beach in Thailand



Samila Beach (Hat Samila)


Located 3 kilometres from Songkhla fresh market of Songkla Province. Samila is renowned for its powdery white sandy beach, a sculptue of a mermaid and the pine groves. By Car : You can drive from Bangkok to Sura Thani through Samut Sakorn, Petchaburi, Chumphon provinces and then drive on to Highways 41 and 401 to Surat Thani Province. From Surat Thani you can take your car to Samui by a vehicle ferry.

Benchamabophit Dusitvanaram Temple (The Marble Temple)

The Marble Temple simply called Wat Benchamabophit (The meaning of Wat in English is Temple). the foundation day of Wat Benchambophit as on 1 March 1900 . Temple is one of Thailand's most beautiful temples.The temple is a buddhist temple which on the corner of Si Ayutthaya Road and Rama V Road in the Dusit district of Bangkok.

The temple began in 1898 King Chulalongkorn had thought of the construction of a royal garden. Temple is built of Italian marble. Temple was designed by Prince Narisranuvattivongse, a half brother to King Chulalongkorn.

Phi Phi Island

The most beautiful and Popular islands of the world.

Phi Phi Islands are located at Krabi Province. The Phi Phi islands have total area of 387.90 square kilometers. The underwater world of Phi Phi is also natural in term of biological diversity. In addition, the islands are famous from the movie "The Beach". The islands were recently established as a Noppharat Thara Beach national park.

Phi Phi Lay Island - Parts of the movie "The Beach" were filmed there. Covering an area of only 6.6 square kilometres. In the northeast of Phi Phi Lay island has a large cave called Tham Viking.

Viking Cave - Inside the eastern and southern parts of the cave are ancient rock paintings of elephants and various types of boats

Yung Island - Located at north of Phi Phi Don Island, Yung island has a stone beach on the east and small sandy beaches. the island is teeming with various kinds of colourful coral reefs.
