Chonburi Thailand


Chon Buri Province - Gateway to the Gulf of Thailand


Chonburi Province is a famous the beach resort town, which located just 80 kilometers from Bangkok. The name of province literally means City of Water. The province has abundant natural resources, which are highlighted by delightful beaches with many bars, traditions, delicacies and fresh seafood.


Chon Buri is the center of the Eastern Seaboard Development Project, with its industrial parks and fishing villages. Because it's location near by Bangkok make this province attracts the visitors from Bangkok who want to avoid from complex city to enjoy the holiday with water activities, rest along the beach, dinner in restaurants and dancing in the bars.


Some Interesting in Chonburi


Pattaya - Pattaya was praised by tourists it's a travelers paradise. Pattaya has emerged as the favorite Southeast Asian vacation center.

Bang Saen Beach - Just 14 kilometres from the town which located this popular beach.

Ko Lan - Lan Island is good place for facing coral reefs. Visitors can choose either snorkeling or viewing the coral from glass bottom boats.

The Million-Year Stone Park and Crocodile Farm - Located approximately 9 kilometers from Pattaya City, has beautifully landscaped grounds with elaborate flower and rock gardens.

Underwater World Pattaya - A new tourist attraction in town is the largest and most modern ocean aquarium in Asia.

The Ripleys believe It or Not Odditorium - The Odditorium is situated in the Royal Garden Plaza on Beach Road.

Maruekhathaiyawan Palace

Maruekhathaiyawan Palace





The Palcae located in Phetchaburi Province, 6 kilometers from Cha-am beach. The summer wooden palace was built on beachside in 1923 as a royal summer palace of King Rama VI, which using golden teakwood and it's Thai and Europe style that was designed by Italian architect. Name of Maruekhathaiyawan Palace has meaning of the palace of love and hope.





The palace has two-storeyed use as convention hall and long corridor leading to the sea. The right wing are the residential halls of royal family members and the left wing for royal retainers. The central group of halls consists of royal drawing, sitting and reading rooms. Open pavilion located next to the central hall was once used as a royal meeting place and theatre.

Hat Cha-am - one of nice beach in Thailand

Hat Cha-am (Cha-am Beach)


This beautiful beach resort Town located in Cha-am district, Phetchaburi. A 40 kilometers from Muang district Phetchaburi and 20 kilometers from Hua Hin just 2-3 hours from Khaosan Road, Bangkok. Cha-am Beach is famous for being long clean beach with green water and after the royal palace, Maruekhathaiyawan( Phra Ratchawang Maruk Khatayawan), was built near Hua Hin in the reign of King Rama VI.


Every year Cha-am has increasing popular with local and international tourists who looking for lively resort town prompt large variety of accommodations and adventuring activities. Fresh seafood, deckchair under an umbrella and bars can find everywhere along Cha-am Beach.

Travel Koh Chang

Chang Island ( Koh Chang )


The name means Elephant Island. Chang island means Chang island group is the second largest island of Thailand which located at Trat Province about 315 kilometers East away from Bangkok near the border to Cambodia. The island has several amazing natural like steep hills, cliffs, waterfalls, eminent wildlife, silent beaches and beautiful coral reefs.


Topography in Koh Chang contains high mountains and complicated stone cliffs. There are copiousness of sandy beaches on the island, spot with hotels and resorts. Most of beaches and bays are on the west coast ex. Sai Khao beach, Kai Mook beach and Ta Nam beach attract most of the tourists. Coral ranges worth visiting are at Khlong Son bay near Koh Chang Noi and around islands south of Koh Chang. Koh Chang is surrounded by 51 islands. To the east of the area lies Cambodia and to the west, Thailand province of Chanthaburi.


For the waterfalls, the Khlong Phlu waterfall about 3 kilometers from Khlong Phrao bay a further 20 minutes on foot, Khlong Nonsi waterfall about 4-kilometre walk from park headquarters and Khiriphet and Khlong Nung falls which are about 3 kilometers from Ban Salak Phet.





Interesting in Koh Chang


Khlong Phlu waterfall - Located about 3 kilometers from Khlong Phrao bay. Khlong Phlu waterfall is a large and most breathtaking waterfall on Koh Chang with water cascading down 3 tiers.


Sai Khao Beach - Sai Khao Beach or White Sand Beach is one of longest beaches on Koh Chang which provides magnificent seascape.


Khlong Son Bay - Khlong Son Bay is located on the west side of Koh Chang which has natural coral lines.


Bai Lan Bay - Bai Lan Bay is located next to Kai Bae Beach. The small bay with its long sandy beach where visitors can enjoy the spectacular view of mountains along the way.


Kai Bae Beach - A sloping and long stretch of beach but good for swimming with quite a few inexpensively priced bungalows in the area.


Bang Bao Fishing Village - Another ideal spot to learn more about lifestyle of fishermen where residents build up their houses with poles pitched into the sea and the community is linked together via a bridge that reaches every house.


Activities - There many activity in Koh Chang ex. Spa, Diving, Hiking and Canoeing that you can enjoy.


Transports To Koh Chang


You can take a bus or plane. There are Bus from Bangkok to Trat about 5 hours and take ferries to Koh Chang. The nearest airport is in Muang district of Trat province. Ferry Boat : At Laem Ngob in Trat Town opposite Ko Chang there are 3 piers offering ferry service to Koh Chang.

Chanthaburi one of famous Thailand province

Chanthaburi Province



Chanthaburi Province is located in the east of Thailand. The name Chanthaburi is mean the city of moon in English. Chanthaburi located 245 kilometres east from Bangkok. There were mining in Chanthaburi. Chanthaburi is famous for it's be a centre of gems & jewelly in Thailand, tasty fruits, fishing and peaceful beaches are not far from town.

Interesting in Chanthaburi Province

Hot Springs - a natural hot springs located 18 Kilometres from Pong Nam Ron district.

Gems & Jewelly - economic products including scrupulous cut gemstones by experienced craftsman.

Si Chan Road - Si Chan Road is a centre for gems dealings from neighbouring countries and abroad being bought and sold.

Oasis Sea World - The dolphin shows trained by Thai experts. It's also has butterfly farm and other animals too.

Laem Sing Beach - Laem Sing beach itself is shadow with trees lining the entire shore and cooled by constant breezes.


The Chamsom Crocodile Farm and Zoo - The animal zoo which has crocodile in different species and elephants show is surrounded by fruit orchards. They Open daily from 8.00 a.m.-6.00 p.m.

Phetchaburi - The Beach Attractions in thailand


Phetchaburi Province

Phetchaburi is one of old city in Thailand which is located 160 kilometers south of Bangkok. The Province is worthy of remembrance to visit for its splendid wonderful beaches and temple, caves and a variety of local food.




Attraction in Phetchaburi

Chao Samran Beach - Chao Samran beach (Hat Chao Samran) is located 15 kilometers from Phetchaburi fresh market. According to The Legend of this beach, name of the beach meaning Beach of Royal Leisure.


Puek Tian Beach - Puek Tian Beach (Hat Puek Tian) located at 7 kilometers south of Chao Samran. This wide and long beach is very popular.


Kaeng Krachan National Park -The biggest national park of Thailand. The Park has area about 2,915 square kilometers and was declared a national park on 12 June 1981. The park located 53.5 kilometers from Phetchaburi.


Cha-am Beach - Cha-am Beach is a beautiful beach resort like Hua Hin. The Beach is located 40 kms. south of Phetchaburi. From Cha-am Beach take about 20 kms. to Hua Hin. Cha-am Beach is popular about seafood too.

Hua Hin Beach

Hua Hin Beach - 1 of 8 districts of the Prachuap Khiri Khan province, distance 200 km south of Bangkok. Huahin is a famous beach resort town in Thailand. Hua Hin has already been the favourite Thai resort for 80 years ago. Huahin is the oldest beach resort of the country but it's still favour. Hua Hin attracts tourists who like tranquillity and relaxing holidays.

Pa La-u waterfall - This 11-tier scenic waterfall, located in the forest in the area of Kaengkrajan National Park where various kinds of birds and butterflies are found.


Hin Lek Fai Mountain - Situated 3 kilometers west of Hua Hin district. The hill is a vantage point to see the whole town of Hua Hin.

How to go there

By Air : There is an airport in Hua Hin.
By Bus : There are buses from Bangkok going directly to Hua Hin many times per day.
By Vans : There are Vans from Victory Monument (Bangkok) to Huahin many times per day, take about 3 hours from Victory Monument to Huahin
By Cars : Hua Hin is linked by highway to Petchburi and the rest of Prachuap Khiri Khan province.
By Train : The southern rail route originating in Bangkok.
