Trat - Thailand’s easternmost province


Trat Province

Trat is the easternmost province in east region of Thailand which located about 315 kilometers from east Bangkok. The province is one of province in east region of Thailand which has border with Gulf of Thailand include white sandy beaches and unspoiled coral reefs.

Trat is famous for it's ruby-mining, jewelly market like Chanthaburi and beach islands of this province also increase attraction for local and national tourists every years. Some activities like scuba diving and swimming along coral reefs can enjoy in this province.

For travel to Trat, The province has an airport located in Muang district trip about 1-2 hours. By bus, Air-conditioned bus depart from Bangkok's Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekamai) to Trat every hour from 6 a.m. to midnight.

Chang Islands - Koh Chang is famous for it's natural tranquil island.

Kut Island - Koh Kut, Its natural features include mountains and plains.

Ao Tan Khu - a bay with fine sandy beaches.

Koh Kham - Privacy beach with crystal clear sea.
