Suphanburi - Historical Travel


Suphanburi Province

Suphanburi Province is one of central province of Thailand which located 100 kilometres away from Bangkok, an ancient town famous in historical inheritance. Shallow river and low mountain ranges are terrain of the province. The province was once an important border town involving battles and important wars during the period of the Ayutthaya kingdom such as the province is a good place for historical travel. Historical evidence leads you to travel to the past like Don Chedi Monument.

Wat Phra Non - The Temple was built in the Rattanakosin period, is famed for its large fish sanctuary.

Tham Weruwan - The cave is in the compound of Wat Wang Khan just one km. one kilometre from the entrance of Phu Toei National Park.

Phu Toei National Park - The 79,368.8 acres park

Tarad Samchuk - This Chinese community and old-fashioned market with wooden shophouses remain in Thai original style a century ago.
